Gjoa today brings together a team of enthusiasts who have come to Provence to seek a unique balance in life: the ambition of a demanding and traditionally Parisian profession , in an exceptional environment : the sunniest city in France, on the edge of the Mediterranean and backed by the first foothills of the Alps.
Our offices in the centre of Marseille , which the team reaches by soft mobility, connect us to the diversity of the neighbourhoods and atmospheres of this cosmopolitan city, from the exoticism of Noailles to the terraces of the old port, while the TGV station and the international airport facilitate our access to our distant clients.
This geographical bias, our strategic positioning, and the rise of remote working have led us to develop new approaches to provide comfortable working hours and an atmosphere , without compromising on the quality and impact issues expected by our clients.

A solid academic background at a leading university, business or engineering school,
A taste for solving complex problems as well as the ability and desire to evolve beyond your main areas of experience,
A spirit of synthesis and ease in oral and written communication in English and French,
Curiosity , openness to change and an ability to propose innovative solutions with dynamism and autonomy.
For experienced profiles, we expect at least a first successful experience in the field of consulting, finance, or within a large group.
